Karneer provides a platform that allows customers to book car and bike wash services with service partners listed on our platform.
You agree to use Karneer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our booking services.

2. Booking & Service Fulfillment

Bookings made through Karneer are forwarded to our verified service partners.
Service quality, timing, and fulfillment are the responsibility of the partner providing the wash service.
Karneer acts only as a facilitator between customers and partners.

3. Payments

Currently, Karneer does not collect payments directly from customers.
All payments (if any) are to be made directly to the service partner at the time of service, unless otherwise notified in the future.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking (e.g., contact details, vehicle details, service location).
You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is accessible at the booked location and time.
You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the platform.

5. Partner Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for providing the services as described and maintaining professional standards.
Karneer is not liable for delays, service quality issues, or damages caused during service by partners.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings according to partner-specific rules.
Partners may cancel bookings in cases of emergency or operational constraints.
Karneer is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from cancellations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Karneer is a technology platform and does not directly provide washing services.
We are not responsible for:
- Service delays, damages, or losses caused by partners.
- Any personal belongings left inside vehicles.
Our liability is limited to ensuring your booking request is passed to a service partner.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Karneer website and app are owned by Karneer Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on https://karneer.com/terms, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, India].
